LEVEL 1
Education: High School Diploma
Salary: $14-16/Hour, $33K/Year
Skills: Active Listening, Punctuality, Critical Thinking, Working with Hands
PRINTER
Operates and tends printing presses. Performs traditional printing methods, such as offset lithography, gravure, flexography, and letterpress.
PRODUCTION WORKER
Operates and maintains equipment to prepare items for shipment, which involves assembling and preparing parts and ensuring equipment runs smoothly.
LEVEL 2
Education: Certification Training On the Job Experience
Salary: $18-28/Hour, $45K/Year

MACHINIST
Produces machine parts by programming, setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
ELECTRONICS ENGINEER
Designs electronic components, software, products or systems for commercial, industrial, medical, military or scientific applications. Analyzes customer needs and determines electrical system requirements, capacity and cost to develop a system plan.
LEVEL 3
Education: On the Job Experience, Licensing &/or Associates Degree
Salary: $22-38/Hour, $60K/Year

ELECTRICAL DRAFTER
Prepares technical drawings of electrical wiring systems. During the drawing process, they analyze information (such as measurements and sketches) provided by engineers, architects and scientists.
SUPERVISOR
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the production processes in all types of manufacturing operations. The main duties of a supervisor would include: planning and organizing staff tasks and shift rotations, reporting plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians.
LEVEL 4
Education: On the Job Experience, Licensing &/or Bachelor’s Degree
Salary: $30-48/Hour, $75K/Year

MATERIALS ENGINEER
Specialize in metals, plastics or ceramics, and may develop composite materials, or study the atomic structure of materials in order to discover new applications for their mechanical, electrical or chemical properties.
SALES MANAGER
Designs and implements a strategic sales plan that expand a company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Manages recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
